Alychia has more than 20 years of experience and leads the firm's employment law practice, representing both employees and employers.

Before joining our firm, Alychia was a Senior Associate in the Labor & Employment Department for a major international law firm. She has extensive experience representing clients in New Jersey and New York state and federal courts, appellate courts, and administrative agencies including the Department of Labor and the Division on Civil Rights.

Alychia's deep understanding of employment law, combined with her experience in complex litigation, informs her work as an advocate for employees who have been victims of wrongful termination, discrimination, or harassment. She understands the courage it takes to stand up to an employer and stands with employees in protecting their rights.
