Kevin Buchan is a partner at Buchan & Cardamone whose practice is concentrated in criminal defense, administrative law, and ethics proceedings. He handles all phases of litigation at both the state and federal levels.

Kevin's commitment to criminal law began in law school and was solidified during his time as a criminal law clerk for the Honorable William L'E. Wertheimer, J.S.C. This experience provided him with a foundational insight into the workings of the criminal justice system from behind the bench. Colleagues describe Kevin as practical and approachable, while clients appreciate that he is quietly tenacious in his pursuit of justice on their behalf.
